| With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation transport industry,passenger throughput and total turnover of civil aviation transport are growing in double digits.However,the rapid development of civil aviation industry is faced with insufficient resources,especially infrastructure based on airport terminal can not meet the needs of rapid growth of the aviation industry.At the same time,the construction of airport terminal has the characteristics of wide construction scope,complex procedures,many special specialties,high quality and safety grade,huge investment scale,high engineering technology content,and many coordination units.As the core of civil aviation transportation control system and guarantee maintenance,the weak current engineering of airport terminal is particularly obvious and prominent.The rapid development of intellectualization and informationization also brings opportunities and challenges to the weak current engineering of airport terminal building.Schedule management of weak current project is regarded as one of the important objectives of project success or failure.At present,there are some problems to be solved urgently in the management of weak current project of terminal building.This paper mainly studies three kinds of problems: management resources of weak current project in terminal building,Implementing on-site coordination and cooperation,and user needs on project progress.In view of these three problems,we use literature research to grasp and understand the status quo of weak current project management in the terminal building,we also use questionnaire survey to collect and find out the underlying causes of the management process problems.The analysis is combination of management theory and process management of weak current project by T2 terminal of BY airport.Finally,we put forward targeted suggestions of optimizing the configuration of project management,strengthening and improving coordination management with other coordination units,improving and changing communication ways with user units,provide and draw lessons from some project management ideas for the managers of weak current project in the terminal building. |
