The refinement degree of modern weak current projects is getting higher and higher,and the high integration among various systems is also getting more and more complex,which makes the time-tight task become a common phenomenon in the industry.Based on the research on the optimization of weak current schedule,this paper takes the case analysis of the weak current project schedule optimization of company B by using the key chain method to fully verify the reliability of the optimization.Through the analysis of B company weak current project planning problems to optimize.Before optimization,plan review technique is adopted,which does not fully consider resource constraints,resulting in the adjustment of plan due to resource conflicts during project execution.At the same time,more buffer time is set in each process,and the executor adds safety buffer time layer by layer,resulting in too long planning time.Can not guarantee quality and easily lead to project delay.The key chain method is adopted to optimize the progress,which identifies the shortage of general labor of key resources in advance,and rearranges to solve resource conflicts.The safety time of each process activity is eliminated,and the safety buffer time is increased at the end of the project.Overall planning is made in terms of time,and the project schedule is highly guaranteed,thus reducing the risk of project delay.The first step in using the critical chain method is to perform the WBS decomposition and redefinition of the project.Secondly,according to the resource and requirement diagram of the process,find out the process with resource conflict and find out the critical path.The safety buffer time of the process on the critical path is then removed.Finally,the critical chain method is used to calculate the planning time.The final conclusion is that the calculation time of weak current project B based on the critical chain method is 386 days,which is 83.4 days shorter than the calculation time of 469.4 days based on the plan review technology,achieving the research objective.The key resources,such as space management planning engineers,were identified to solve resource conflicts in the project in advance,which provided a guarantee for the completion of the optimized project plan.This paper presents the whole process of plan making based on the key chain method,and puts forward Suggestions to ensure the implementation of the progress plan,which can provide reference for similar managers who need to optimize the project progress plan.
