| Project management has been playing a more and more important role in the large engineering projects.how to ensure the quality of the project,ensure the completion of the construction period,and ensure the good control of the construction process are the problems that must be solved in the engineering construction.Project management focuses on three main objectives:safety,quality and progress,especially in the construction of metro projects,progress management has become a key factor affecting the success of the project.How to improve the level of project schedule management is a problem that many enterprises need to solve.With the improvement of the management level of science and technology,many project management technology and management tools are applied in the actual project management process,3#subway civil construction 1 lot is a systematic project,involving more complex elements,people,money,things,time,space and other factors will affect the final project construction results.How to pay attention to the intangible resources such as time and other intangible resources,such as human resources and money,and the reasonable arrangement of construction scheme and progress plan,all kinds of elements cooperate and coordinate,is the core of project success.At the same time,it has important practical significance for the improvement of the subway company and the whole domestic subway construction level.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The schedule of the first tenders section in SZ 3#subway construction project was comp iled.Firstly,tasks of the project were decomposed to determine the logical relationship between t hese project activities;Second,based on the time of each project activity that was calculated by u tilizing three different methods,the network diagram as drew,the critical path was analyzed and its duration was calculated.Finally,the project time was optimized and scheduled after compare d with original schedule.(2)The safeguards for implementing the project was investigated and proposed from prospe ctive of human resources,equipment resources,equipment maintenance,material supply,and or ganization management.(3)The methods and the processes of project control were provided.To achieve the goal of completing construction tasks on time with high quality,corresponding measures for method of data acquisition,analysis and correction of deviation were proposed. |
