| In recent years,a modern museum system with rich types,diverse subjects and activities has basically taken shape.During the epidemic,museum-going audiences across the country remained hot,and museums went on to introduce a wide variety of content such as online exhibitions and educational activities to make it more accessible.For a long time,China’s museums have focused on core areas such as collections and research,and exhibits have gradually diversified from a single type of exhibit,but their service systems have not been perfect,affecting visitors’ sense of experience.How to improve the quality of museum services to meet the current needs of the public for cultural life is a new issue that museums need to address.Based on the above considerations,museums need to be based on the new environment of the new era and meet new challenges with the spirit of keeping up with the times.The museum is a comprehensive whole,taking into account the service content,service process and service technology,so as to make a comprehensive planning and deployment of space function,space organization and space experience,and to take a holistic view of the audience’s journey experience.Museums are not just about visiting,learning and relaxing,but also about making visitors feel comfortable,happy,engaged,emotionally fulfilled,and experiencing,while promoting the museum’s own highlights.Therefore,the research on the optimization of museum space design based on service design is important for the renewal and development of service system and space design.The author starts from the perspective of interdisciplinary research and improving the quality of museum services,takes service design theory as the basis,analyzes the current situation of automobile museum users’ needs and service system by using the methods and tools of service design,constructs the organizational framework of museum space optimization design under service design through the integration of both,and proposes the optimization design strategy of Shanghai automobile museum space based on service design,strategy By analyzing and integrating the three core elements of service content,service process and service technology of the automobile museum,the optimization is carried out in three aspects: space function,space organization and space experience exhibition.The research contains seven parts:introduction,related concept elaboration,research and analysis of automobile museum user service,the current situation of Shanghai automobile museum service system,Shanghai automobile museum space optimization design strategy,Shanghai automobile museum space optimization design practice based on service design and conclusion and outlook,and step by step in-depth discussion.By integrating service design,an interdisciplinary crossover theory,into the design research of automobile museum space,it can not only consider the comfort and convenience in the use of space from the perspective of users,but also expand the research ideas of automobile museum space design,make the audience from single visit to multi-dimensional participation,enhance the user experience,and further optimize the service mode of automobile museum,effectively improve the service level of automobile museum,and expand the influence of the museum.The research on the spatial design of automobile museums will strongly promote the development of public cultural space construction. |
