Study On The Construction Project Management Of Highway

With the increasing of infrastructure investment, the highway engineering construction,especially expressway construction has a flourishing development. So it is very important tomake the project management complete during highway construction. Management practicesand management measures are used by construction unit to achieve the objectives ofconstruction management by effective production of various organizations and technical,which is the basic guarantee and major protection of project construction. The article is basedon the second section of highway-Wu Guan construction project management for the study,the major results are listed as follows:(1)The general situation of the second section of highway-Wu Guan was systematicintroduced, and the pre-planning content of project was proposed, which laid a foundation forthe project management of the second section of highway-Wu Guan.(2)According to internal project as the second section of highway-Wu Guan, the maincontent and the management procedures of contract management, materials management,equipment management and team management were introduced, and the problems andsolutions of contract management were proposed.(3)The objectives and principles of quality managements of the second section ofhighway-Wu Guan were determined, the quality assurance system and managementpersonnel specific duties were provided, the quality assurance system was set up and thecontrol measures of quality were proposed.(4)The safety management objectives and basic requirements of the second section ofhighway-Wu Guan were proposed, the safety management system of the organization anddistribution of responsibilities of various departments were determined, and thecharacteristics of safety management systems were analyzed.(5)According to the problems of seamless steel pipe welding difficult for existingoperations, time-consuming, the highway construction project management was combined,bored steel thin-walled acoustic tube type construction method of connecting lockinstallation was provided, the applications and the achieved results of the second section ofhighway-Wu Guan were described.
