| Since China joined WTO,the economy showed an upward trend.As China’s trade barriers have been weakened,a large number of foreign companies have begun to enter the Chinese market through investment,financing and cooperative operation.Due to the continuous entry of foreign capital and the strong growth of economy,the domestic automobile industry has entered a period of rapid development.As the first automobile enterprise with foreign capital after China joined WTO,H company has developed into a large-scale enterprise after 16 years.It has become an influential company from being questioned to creating a "modern speed” that shocked the industry.In the process of development,the conflicts and difficulties caused by cultural differences between China and South Korea have been troubling the company.Corporate culture plays an important role when the company face survival choices,so it has become a classic case in the industry.Corporate culture take different forms at different stages of corporate development as a dynamic process.Because of the good corporate culture,H company has united the team to maintain the stable cooperation between Chinese and Korean shareholders.Based on the theory of organizational change,this paper combines the dimensions of technology,management and brand in corporate culture reform,uses Edgar Schein’s corporate culture evolution process theory as an important analytical method,analyzes and research the economic environment,industry trends,internal business conditions,organizational changes and the corporate culture of H company in different periods.The process and achievements of corporate culture evolution during the 16-year development of H Company were reviewed and summarized,and the future trends were predicted.This paper seeks out the research results and research status of evolution-related issues based on cultural differences by consulting relevant domestic and foreign literatures,hopes to make some progress on the basis of existing research.According to the mechanism of corporate culture’s role in business management,analyzes the case of H company’s cultural evolution,combines with the actual situation in different periods,the results of corporate culture construction are explained: In the period of established,it is necessary to clarify and establish the values of business operation,which guides enterprises to formulate corporate strategies.In the period of development,the corporate culture should be actively evolved and influenced the company.In the challenging period,the corporate culture should be adjusted according to the market,internal contradictions and other factors,which helps the company face to the change and challenges,promotes the reform and development of the company. |
