| The real economy enterprises occupy a pivotal position in the national economy.However,the inherent value creation mode of the real economy enterprises pursuing the traditional development model loses its advantages in the new environment of the increasingly fierce market competition and the new economic normal.The reason for the current situation is that the old road of factor-driven development,resource dependence and labor resources to obtain competitive advantage cannot meet the competition needs of enterprises in the rapidly changing knowledge-based economy.Carrying out the second venture is the key way for such enterprises to rejuvenate.At present,the academic research on the second venture of the real economy enterprises has fewer achievements and needs to be further explored.For those enterprises that have achieved results,what is the essence of the second venture,how does the company start and how to guide the second entrepreneurial process,in order to break through the inertia of the old forces and grasp the trend of the times to regain the advantage.Important topics that academics and business communities urgently need to pay attention to.Therefore,the relevant discussion on the evolution mechanism of the second venture of real economy enterprises has certain practical significance and social significance.This study first reviews the related researches of secondary entrepreneurs,dynamic capabilities and organizational knowledge by domestic and foreign scholars,and defines the concept of secondary entrepreneurship in real economy enterprises,that is to say,a mature enterprise in the process of operation to achieve the ability to upgrade the series of behaviors,to organize the knowledge system innovation and dynamic capacity of the coordinated evolution process to drive mature enterprises to emerge the ability to fail in the economic new normal environment.This process is mainly related to various internal and external forces that have a substantial potential impact on the company.Therefore,it is more appropriate to analyze and demonstrate the second venture of a real economy enterprise from the perspective of the common evolution of organizational knowledge and dynamic capabilities.According to the method requirements of the case study,Haier Group was carefully selected as the classic research object of the second venture of the real economy enterprise.Facts have proved that Haier Group has made outstanding achievements in many secondary entrepreneurial undertakings from 1999 to 2018,and detailed case analysis can be used to collect the key elements of Haier Group’s second entrepreneurial success.Combined with theoretical analysis,the theoretical model of the second entrepreneurial mechanism of the real economy enterprises is derived.This paper determines the research framework of this paper by using the four stages of organizational knowledge and dynamic capability co-evolution,internal selection,dissemination and retention.Combined with Haier Group’s second entrepreneurial behavior,it analyzes the dynamic ability and organizational knowledge of the second venture in the real economy.Cooperative evolution mechanism.The case analysis process of Haier Group’s second venture also follows the process of variation,selection process,communication process and retention process.It discusses the influencing factors and processes of the formation of Haier Group’s organizational knowledge and dynamic capabilities in each process,and determines Haier’s response.A management vehicle for updating knowledge and abilities when internal and external stimuli.After research and analysis,this paper believes that the second entrepreneurial process of a real economy enterprise is the problem of enterprise capacity transformation.Enterprises continue to accept external stimuli in a dynamic environment,and old capabilities cannot respond quickly and effectively to changes,resulting in companies unable to keep up with market changes and lose their original competitive advantage.From the perspective of the knowledge of dynamic capabilities,the formation of dynamic capabilities is based on the cyclical replacement process of the organization of new and old knowledge systems.The second entrepreneurial activity of enterprises is to move forward along the common evolutionary path of knowledge and ability.The collaborative evolution process of knowledge and ability is based on the evolution of corporate strategy,organizational structure,management model evolution and operational mechanism.This paper cuts into the research of secondary entrepreneurial field from the perspective of the collaborative evolution of organizational knowledge and dynamic capabilities,and constructs a theoretical model of the second entrepreneurial process of real economy enterprises.Opened the black box for the second venture of the enterprise in order to obtain a sustainable
