China’s transportation infrastructure construction is also changing rapidly,and China is and will continue to increase investment in high-speed rail construction.Among them,high-speed rail continuous beams constructed by suspension irrigation method are widely used in the construction of high-speed rail because of their advantages such as spanning ability and strong adaptability.However,there are also shortcomings such as empirical construction and uncontrollable information in the construction process,which have caused problems such as the uncertainty of the stress of the structural system and the unsatisfactory line shape in the later stage.In recent years,BIM technology has brought many conveniences to continuous beam construction with functions such as visualization,collaboration,simulation,optimization,etc.,but more concentrated on the visual design and construction image management in the early stage of the project.There are few applications where BIM technology and complex numerical calculations are effectively combined.Based on the research background of 7 continuous beam bridges with different spans within the range of 10 bids of Zheng Wan High-speed Railway,the paper carried out the research on the application of BIM technology combined with numerical calculation to the linear monitoring technology for the construction of continuous beam groups in order to use BIM technology efficiently serve the entire construction monitoring process.The specific research is as follows:(1)First,the research background of the paper is introduced.With the development of the construction industry,the application of BIM is becoming more and more extensive.The current status of the application of BIM technology and the development status of BIM parametric design are listed in detail,thus leading to the research of the paper content and purpose.(2)Based on the BIM software,Revit,we built a variable-section beam segment family library of high-speed railway continuous beam bridge groups and assembling the bridge according to the spatial coordinate relationship of the design drawings.When addressing comple xmodels,we mainly use its parametric design and Dynamo visual programming!whether in the establishment of a variable cross-section beam family library or the assembly process of continuous beam bridge group models,it can be quickly realized,reducing many repeated modeling processes,The parameterization of the data of the built model,through the rapid and accurate establishment of continuous beam models including prestressed steel beams and different spans,can improve the efficiency and accuracy of modeling:(3)Explaining the research engineering background,combining BIM technology and using MIDAS/Civil finite element software to simulate and analyze the bridge construction process.For the convenience of finite element modeling,the Midas Link for Revit Structure plug-in is introduced to realize the conversion between the Revit structural model and the MIDAS/Civil finite element model.According to the key analy sis of the stress and displacement of the bridge by the construction stage,the continous beam construction process of different spans,different steel beam layouts and different block sizes is quickly simulated and calculated,and the mechanical behavior of the specific construction stage is clarified and effective guidance construction.(4)According to the specific construction process of the continuous beam bridge group,we/I made the monitoring plan,and use the BIM cloud platform as assistance.Realize the timely uploading of data during the monitoring process and the coordination of various construction units,so that the information is transparent,the data is shared,the problems in the construction process are discovered in time,and processed in time.And the timely analysis of the monitoring data to provide guidance for the construction control of the bridge.
