With the rapid development of bridge construction technology in China,the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been widely using,which has advantages of large rigidity,small deformation,smooth driving,convenient construction,superior seismic performance,low cost and strong adaptability.In order to ensure that the bridging state of the continuous girder bridge is consistent with the ideal design state,and that the structure is safe and stable during the construction process,bridge construction monitoring is the key way.Taking Wan chuan creek Bridge as the engineering background,this paper studies the construction monitoring of long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The construction methods of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and the development of construction monitoring technology at home and abroad are introduced,which provide reference for the determination of cantilever construction and monitoring scheme of Wan chuan creek Bridge.(2)Based on the theory and method of cantilever construction monitoring of continuous girder bridge,the structural calculation method and construction control method of Wan chuan creek Bridge are determined.(3)According to the construction characteristics of the Wan chuan creek Bridge,the finite element model is established.By simulating the construction process of the bridge,the stress and deformation state of the key control section of the bridge are obtained.(4)Combining the force characteristics of the bridge,the contents of construction monitoring are compiled,and the monitor of line and stress were implemented on the whole construction process of the bridge.By using the least square method,the construction parameters of the bridge were analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the measured data with the theoretical calculation values,the deviation between the actual state and the ideal state was obtained.(5)Analysis shows that the deformation and stress of the key sections of the main beam were basically consistent with the theoretical calculations and the error was within the control range,which proved that the correctness of the construction monitoring method and structural calculation theory of the bridge.The summary analysis of the factors of construction control serves as a reference for the construction monitoring of similar bridges.
