The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge constructed by cantilever hanging basket has many advantages,such as light weight,convenient and fast construction,saving materials,beautiful structure and small terrain restriction,It has been widely used in the field of bridge engineering.However,the cantilever hanging basket construction process is complex,and it has to go through many system conversion processes.The cantilever is affected by many uncertain factors for a long time,It will have an adverse impact on the final alignment of the bridge.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the application risk of cantilever construction continuous beam bridge,make its construction process smooth,the quality of bridge completion stage is excellent,and provide safety guarantee for vehicles,it is necessary to start from the bridge construction stage,with the construction quality,safety and efficiency as the goal,to build effective linear control measures.For example,the linear control of continuous beam cantilever hanging basket construction is introduced into the early construction and design stage of the project,and the simulation technology is used to pre analyze and calculate the changes in the actual construction stage,so as to more accurately judge the influence effect of various factors,provide data support for linear control strategy,and put forward targeted control measures for key links.Taking the continuous cantilever cast-in-place beam of a city Metro crossing the fourth ring line as the engineering background,this paper studies the linear control simulation of the continuous beam cantilever hanging basket construction,and carries out the modeling analysis of the case project through Midas civil finite element software,so as to improve the degree of fit between the overall construction process.Firstly,the topic selection background,research purpose and significance of continuous beam cantilever hanging basket construction are introduced,and relevant research materials at home and abroad are summarized to provide theoretical support for subsequent research;Secondly,it introduces the theory of linear control in bridge construction,and expounds the advantages and specific forms of normal calculation method,including iterative method,incremental method and hybrid method;Then it summarizes the bridge construction control content and the factors affecting the linear,and puts forward the conventional control measures.Finally,based on the case project,the finite element analysis model is constructed,and the relevant construction material parameters and construction phase simulation data are substituted to analyze the simulation results of construction linear control,and the variation rules of deflection and stress of continuous beam are summarized,so as to provide targeted linear control measures for the construction phase of the case project and provide reference value for similar research.
