| BIM(building information modeling)is a digital information model covering the whole life of construction.And BIM is the digital implementation method of construction industry.In recent years,the BIM Technology has been promoted by the rapid development of information technology.With the maturity of BIM Technology,its application scope has gradually expanded from the construction field to various fields of the engineering industry.But at present,the research and application of which study on BIM in the field of bridge engineering is still in the exploratory stage.The relevant specifications are lack,the relevant research of bridge BIM parametric design is less,and the relevant theoretical support and data support are lack.In addition,the limitations of bridge related functions on BIM platform,the lack of resources in bridge BIM parametric component family library and other factors also restrict the in-depth application of BIM Technology in the field of bridge engineering.In the paper,the Prestressed Curved Continuous Girder Bridge is taken as the research object.And the theory of BIM parametric forward design on bridge engineering is studied,and its design concept,main process and application method are explored.The main works are asfollows:(1)The parametric forward design of bridge BIM is studied.About theoretical research,firstly,the concept of parametric design is studied.Secondly,the BIM parametric design theory and parametric modeling method are studied.And then,it goes deep into the research of bridge BIM parametric forward design theory.Eventually,a model and process framework of bridge BIM parametric forward design is proposed.About technical application,Revit software is selected as the BIM platform,the secondary development is carried out based on the Revit API and C#.(2)The bridge BIM parametric rapid modeling tool is realized.Parametric modeling is the core of BIM parametric design.In this paper,the parametric information family of main components of continuous beam bridge is established,and the rapid creation of parametric BIM model of box girder,bridge substructure,prestressed reinforcement and other components has realized,which improves the design efficiency and optimization efficiency of bridge scheme.What’s more,the collaborative work scheme based on the Revit platform and the management scheme of bridge parametric component family library are proposed.(3)The conversion interface about bridge model from BIM platform to finite element platform is realized.The conversion interface from BIM model to finite element model is realized.In this paper,ANSYS and Abaqus is used as the finite element analysis platform,and a complete model transformation and analysis framework is proposed.The addition of additional information in BIM model,the complete extraction of geometric information and additional information of BIM model,and the conversion and output of model data information are realized based on the Revit API.The workload of pre-processing is reduced effectively,and the efficiency of finite element analysis and scheme optimization is improved.(4)The secondary development results are successfully applied to the actual bridge engineering.In a space linear double box single chamber variable cross-section continuous girder bridge project,this paper successfully applied the "rapid modeling tool" and "model conversion tool".It realizes the rapid creation of bridge BIM parametric model and the direct conversion to the finite element model,verifies the practical value of the secondary development results and the feasibility of bridge BIM parametric forward design framework,and provides valuable experience for the future parametric forward design of other bridge types. |
