With the development of the machinery manufacturing industry in recent years,more and more new machines have appeared on the construction site,making it possible to build higher-rise buildings.High-rise buildings are also rapidly developing in the direction of “one building with multiple functions” and unique shapes.In order for highrise buildings to realize these functions and features,it is necessary to provide a conversion layer in the part where the structural function changes.Since the size of the components of the conversion layer structure is often large or huge,this brings new problems and challenges to the construction element.Such problems and challenges are not solved by the construction machine and need to be solved from the root of the problem.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the feasibility of a new construction scheme for large-sized components in the conversion layer.Most of the large sizes in the conversion layer are currently conversion beams.Through the analysis of the construction schemes of a large number of large-size conversion beams,it is found that the construction schemes of these large-sized conversion beams have adopted the concrete of the whole cast conversion beam and used some means to reduce the concrete cracks to ensure the construction quality.Construction plan.In these construction schemes,the volume of the conversion beam is large,and it is necessary to control a plurality of factors to inconvenience the manager when pouring the concrete of the conversion beam;the step and the span of the support under the conversion beam beam are small,in the erection and When the support under the beam was removed,the construction workers were inconvenienced.Therefore,reducing the volume of the conversion beam during construction is a key factor in solving the original construction plan.This type of composite beam casting method using a "small-section beam lifting large-section beam" for a large-sized conversion beam is one method for solving this problem.Based on the basic principle of concrete,this paper simply deduces the formula for calculating the flexural capacity of concrete composite beams.The calculation formula of the bending capacity of composite beams is compared with the calculation formula of the bending capacity of ordinary beams.The flexural capacity is slightly higher than the flexural capacity of ordinary beams.Using the SOLID65,LINK180,BEAM188 and COMBIN14 elements and element birth and death technology in ANSYS,the 3-D finite element model of the cast-in-place beam,the composite beam and the under-beam support are respectively simulated to analyze the various stages of the composite beam during the construction process.Nonlinear finite element analysis,the concrete stress contour plot,beam deformation contour plot,steel stress plot,beam cracking load and nonlinear buckling load results of the under-beam support are obtained,the conclusion of the minimum height of the trabecular beam of the "small beam lifting beam" is obtained,and the accuracy and nonuniqueness of the conclusion of the high-section beam with the same height and width ratio and span are also verified.And different pairs of overlapping surface treatment methods of laminated beams are also considered.The effect of overlapping beams.On this basis,based on the premise of ensuring the construction quality and controlling the stress of the composite beam concrete,the construction scheme of the composite beam is proposed.In the construction process of the laminated beam,it is necessary to remove the support under the beam.The scheme does not consider that the concrete strength will change with the curing time.Therefore,the optimization of the support time under the demolition beam is carried out for the first scheme,and the construction scheme of the composite beam with the support demolition time can be artificially controlled.The construction of the composite model of the beam and the under-support of the beam is considered to consider the beam and the beam.Support the interaction between the two to influence the way the support is removed.Scheme 2 has been tested by practice and has significant effects on the convenience,speed and economy of construction.This is the research result of this paper and the conclusion of this paper.
