| The management and control level of equipment plays a key role in the safe and stable operation of DC converter station.Through field investigation and comparison,the equipment management and control work of ± 660 kV Jiaodong DC converter station has not yet reached the state of As Good as It Gets,and there is still room for improvement in the equipment management and control level compared with the management level of the same industry at home and abroad,for example,it has not yet formed a scientific and perfect management and control system in terms of equipment management and control,which has led to the continuous expansion of the production scale under the realistic situation,it is more and more difficult to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in the former routine mode of equipment management,and it is also disadvantageous to the training and development of equipment management talents.This paper focuses on how to construct the equipment management and control system of the Jiaodong DC converter station,conduct in-depth investigation and study on the production site of the Jiaodong converter station,learn from the advanced research works and achievements at home and abroad,this paper expounds the equipment status and characteristics of Jiaodong DC converter station,analyzes the shortcomings of the equipment management and control mode in Jiaodong DC converter station,and advances some requirements and research directions for upgrading.On this basis,lean management and whole life cycle management are applied to the research on the construction of equipment management system in Jiaodong station,and research tools such as "5s field management method","TPM mode" and "optimization algorithm" are used,the method and evaluation system of equipment management and control based on the life cycle of equipment are constructed,the effective mode of training personnel of equipment management and control is designed,and the implementation and promotion mode of equipment management and control system in Jiaodong DC converter station is discussed,the field application data of this mode are collected,and the actual effect of equipment management and control system on improving equipment management and control level of Jiaodong DC converter station is validated.Through the construction and implementation of equipment management and Control System in Jiaodong DC converter station,the good effect of equipment availability and personnel quality is achieved.On the one hand,the construction of the equipment management and control system urges the field workers to keep abreast of the operation status of the electric power equipment,and according to the operation status of the equipment,realize the advance prediction of the possible faults of the equipment,so we can work out the corresponding treatment plan and measures,effectively prevent the occurrence of equipment accidents,and provide effective measures for the safe operation of equipment.On the other hand,the construction of equipment management and control system makes the equipment management and control mode of Jiaodong DC converter station more scientific and efficient,reduces the unnecessary waste of human,financial and material in the production process,and greatly reduces the working pressure of equipment operators,the benign operation mode of man-machine interaction has been achieved. |
