Research On Equipment Life Cycle Management Of QS Nuclear Power Company

With the increasing number of nuclear power units in operation and under construction in China,the government has begun to adjust the price of nuclear power on grid.The competition in the domestic nuclear power industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Equipment is the basis of the survival of nuclear power plants,the quality of equipment status directly affects the development of enterprises;therefore,equipment management system is one of the most important management systems of nuclear power enterprises.A good equipment management system can form a virtuous cycle operation,so as to improve the operation status of equipment,obtain the best economic benefits for enterprises,and help enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the increasingly fierce domestic nuclear power market.As a part of equipment reliability management,equipment life cycle management can improve the investment income of equipment in the whole life cycle according to the operation strategy of nuclear power enterprises on the basis of ensuring and improving the reliability and safety of equipment.In this thesis,the equipment reliability management in the equipment management system of QS Nuclear Power Company is deeply analyzed,and the method of improving the equipment life management of QS Nuclear Power Company is discussed by using the theory of equipment life cycle management and the characteristics of equipment reliability management of QS Nuclear Power Company.First of all,according to the technical characteristics of life cycle management and the management mode of national kernel safety related equipment,this thesis proposes that the equipment suitable for life cycle management should be selected from the key sensitive equipment.Secondly,based on the theory of life cycle management,this thesis compares the life cycle management method of QS Nuclear Power Company 'sequipment reliability management,and considers that it is necessary to improve the latter's technical evaluation and increase the relevant methods of performance evaluation,so as to achieve the integrity of the evaluation results.Thirdly,this thesis proves that the economic evaluation of life cycle management is of great significance to the company's equipment investment strategy through an example.Finally,this thesis puts forward the improvement scheme of equipment life cycle management in QS Nuclear Power Company.This thesis believes that the technology evaluation and economic evaluation methods of life cycle management can be incorporated into the existing equipment management system of QS Nuclear Power Company,which can improve its functions,and help QS Nuclear Power Company allocate equipment management resources more reasonably,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
