Risk management is playing a more and more important role in the of pumped storage power station project management.The pumped storage power station project is related to the country's political development,economic development,social development and so on.It is the basic guarantee for China to achieve the harmonious development of politics,society,economy,civilization and ecological environment.It is a important content of risk management for electric power enterprise to carry out comprehensive risk identifications,risk assessments and risk analysis of pumped storage power station project and formulate a scientific,reasonable,systematic risk management mechanism and risk countermeasure.This paper is based on the full life cycle and risk management theories,combined with the characteristics of pumped storage power station construction and risk management.Based on the research status of project risk management at home and abroad,the full life cycle theory is introduced into the risk management of pumped storage power station project.This paper summarizes the risk definition,risk causes,risk classification and risk types of pumped storage power station project,and selective analysis the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,also applies the life cycle risk management theory to the practice of pumped storage power station project.Based on risk management theory,the paper studies respectively the risk factors of a pumped storage power station project,and in the process of risk identification and risk assessment,a method of risk analysis combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted.It establishes a strong practicability and validity of the risk index system and risk evaluation model adapted to the pumped storage power station project,uses scientific evaluation methods to identify and analyze the risk indicators of the project comprehensively and comprehensively.Finally,bases on the evaluation results,the paper establishes and improves risk prevention mechanism,and put forward corresponding risk prevention measures and strategies.The research can provide references and advises for risk management of pumped storage power station project and promote the implementation of the related works.
