Photovoltaic power generation is one of the representative industries of new energy and green energy.Energy issues and environmental issues have a huge impact on the sustainable development of the world economy and society.Energy conservation,emission reduction,green development,and the development of renewable energy that can be used have become countries Long-term development strategies and plans.As a kind of renewable energy,solar power has the advantages of large reserves,clean,pollution-free,no noise,and no geographical restrictions.With the support of national policies,China’s photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly,showing a blowout development.The Energy Bureau is authoritative Announced that China’s installed photovoltaic power generation capacity will reach 174 GW in 2020.This blind expansion of the use of policy subsidies ignores the strategy of long-term development of the industry,resulting in a shortage of various resources in the operation and management of photovoltaic power plants,chaotic management models,and insufficient management personnel,The number of technicians is not uniform,this development model of neglecting one another will inevitably lead to low management efficiency in the photovoltaic industry,photovoltaic power plant equipment is operating in a sub-healthy state,there are hidden safety hazards in power plant operation,and low economic benefits.In this context,this article studies how to adopt reasonable,scientific,and standardized equipment management modes and methods to improve the safety of photovoltaic power stations.High-efficiency operation is imminent.It is urgent to work in photovoltaic power plants from the universal problems in the management of photovoltaic power plants.It is an important problem that this thesis needs to solve for the management personnel of the industry to provide a set of scientific and reasonable equipment refined management mode.This paper takes Dalazhai photovoltaic power station as a research case and analyzes the current status and existing problems of Dalazhai photovoltaic equipment management,Applying the theory of equipment refined management,PDCA cycle,6S site management,TPM and other management methods and means,respectively designed equipment defect management plan,equipment maintenance and maintenance management plan,spare parts management plan,Targeted solutions to the existing problems of equipment management,and the technical and economic feasibility analysis of each management plan,to ensure the efficiency of power plant equipment in the 25-year life cycle.Based on this refined management design plan,this paper proposes supplementary measures for the refined management of equipment.Through the promotion and use of TPM management methods,the use of modern smart photovoltaic management concepts and tools to strengthen the company’s equipment refined management culture And the construction of the talent team,to achieve the purpose of improving the technical literacy of enterprise personnel,and to make a more reasonable supplement to the refined management of equipment.Finally,this article analyzes and evaluates the implementation effect of photovoltaic fine management.Although there are some shortcomings and needs to be improved and perfected,the design of this equipment fine management plan is feasible,so that the fine management of equipment can be operated in photovoltaic power plants.It will give full play to its practical and guiding significance to escort the safe and efficient operation of photovoltaic power stations and create better benefits for enterprises.
