China has the largest number of construction projects and the largest amount of investment in the world.However,the risk management and cost management methods of engineering cost are not advanced enough,so that the risk evaluation and cost management of many engineering projects do not reach the expected target,and the "three over" phenomenon of engineering cost keeps happening.As the competition among construction enterprises intensifies,how to ensure the realization of project cost objectives through the improvement of project cost risk management level has also become the key for these construction enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.Therefore,combined with the basic management theory of risk management and engineering cost management examples,this thesis tries to study the engineering cost risk of the whole process of construction engineering projects from both theoretical and practical aspects,and explore effective methods to improve the level of engineering cost risk management.This thesis takes the project cost risk management of X construction project as the research object.Based on in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,the project cost risk is analyzed and studies.This thesisuses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the cost risk factors in the implementation of X construction project,finds out the main risk problems existing in the project,and proposes a risk control strategy based on these problems.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the case of X construction project cost management,and makes an in-depth study of the project cost management status.Secondly,the Delphi method and expert scoring method were used to identify the possible risks in each stage of the project(such as the preparation stage,project initiation stage,design stage,construction stage,completion acceptance stage and so on).Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the project cost risk evaluation model of X construction project is established,which includes 4 secondary risk indicators and 16 tertiary risk indicators.Finally,this thesis comprehensively evaluates the project cost risk of X construction project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,points out several key risk factors that have the greatest impact on the project cost risk,and gives the current risk rating method of the project.Through the economic comparison before and after the implementation of risk control measures,the risk control measures proposed in this paper can improve the quality of project cost and effectively reduce project cost.
