Abstract/Summary:
In the field of architectural design in China,time and resources are always limited.It’s the common problem that most of the projects’ owners have.The reason why they always streamline the project’s design team is because they want reduce the cost of project funds.On the other hand,the projects’ owners still want their projects achieve the top quality,just like projects in Hongkong and abroad.Then,many pressures are forced on the design company.For a design company,they have to adjust the strategy because of more and more projects’ pressure.So outsourcing is a very common strategy in China.However,as we all know,the completion of a project requires close cooperation between the various aspects of the design of the work,is a mutually staggered work.Even if there is a long-term relationship between the design company and the subcontractor’s project team.It is difficult to avoid some project problems,details,design quality problems arise.The author hopes that through the analysis of the specific B design company external and internal conditions,through outsourcing this unique mode of operation,formulate the development strategy of the enterprise background,in order to improve the effectiveness of the management decision of B company.This paper hope that through Michael Potter’s theory of competitive strategy,and the "Five Forces Model" and PEST analysis method,through the analysis of the external environment of the enterprise to find out the opportunities and threats.Also through in-depth analysis of enterprise internal environment,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of current and future.Finally,with the help of SWOT’s analysis method,the paper puts forward the competition strategy which conforms to the enterprise’s future,and puts forward the effective safeguard measures,so as to escort the strategy implementation.B design company’s overall strategic objectives : Under the company’s original brand background,continue to develop,expand business and market,and further enhance the company’s quality of service,first-class domestic brand design;To meet the changing market’s demand,keep the top level in the field of architectural design,constantly promote the advantages of differentiated competition;Reduce the company’s internal pressure,and achieve the company’s human resources “light assets” structure;Focused companies resources,and further strengthen the company’s advantage areas.
