With the rapid development of my country's economy and the increasing pace of urbanization,the output value of China's construction industry has repeatedly hit new highs,and the importance of construction labor subcontracting enterprises has become increasingly prominent.At present,the policy favors new infrastructure construction with unprecedented emphasis.In 2020,the scale of new infrastructure construction nationwide is 33.83 trillion yuan,of which Yunnan Province will reach 5trillion yuan.Construction labor subcontracting companies,especially small construction labor subcontracting companies,must seize this major opportunity.However,the construction industry market is fiercely competitive,and a large part of small enterprises are under increasing pressure for survival and development.The traditional labor employment model will gradually withdraw from the stage,and the development of construction labor subcontracting enterprises in the direction of entity and specialization will be the general trend.Yunnan DBF Labor Subcontracting Co.,Ltd.,as a small construction labor subcontracting company,must keep up with the trend of the times,give full play to the company's own advantages,do a good job of development strategy planning,and enhance the core competitiveness of the company to ensure its sustainable and healthy development.This paper has carefully studied the relevant domestic and foreign literature.First,based on the related theories of strategic management and construction labor subcontracting,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro external environment of the enterprise,and the political,legal,and economic environment that Yunnan DBF Labor Subcontracting Co.,Ltd.faces Environment,socio-cultural environment and technological environment;using Porter's five forces model to analyze the company's current industry environment,it is found that there are many competitors and fierce competition,suppliers and buyers have strong bargaining power,and potential entrants There is a certain threat.Secondly,from the companyresources and company capabilities of Yunnan DBF Labor Service Subcontracting Co.,Ltd.,it analyzed its internal environment and found that the company has not formed a strategic plan,and leaders lack strategic management awareness.Third,using the SWOT analysis model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Yunnan DBF Labor Service Subcontracting Co.,Ltd.and the opportunities and threats it faces.Finally,from the overall,competitive,functional and other different strategic levels,for Yunnan DBF Labor Service Subcontracting Co.,Ltd.,it proposes to optimize the organizational structure,rationally allocate human resources,improve the financial management system,maintain a stable cooperative relationship,and do a good job in internal and external risk control.And other safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.
