Abstract/Summary:
With the over-proportional growth of automotive industry for over 20 years in China,international car manufacturers and tier 1 tier 2 tier 3 auto parts companies have grown up with OEMs as well.During the 20 years they went through confusion,exploration,adjustment and adaptation.Base on what I learned during that 2 years study in An Tai Business School and with my working for tier 1 company more than 14 years in purchasing department experience,5 forces analysis,PESTEL analysis,and SWOT analysis methods are used to analyze and investigate the current situation of purchasing strategy of my company,the challenge we are facing today,and what we need to change ourselves to adapt to the “super market” of China.
