| Reservoir resettlement is the inevitable result of the construction of large-scale water conservancy and Hydropower projects.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, more than 80000 reservoirs have been built, resulting in more than20 million reservoir migrants. And hey are also called involuntary immigrants. The compulsory and destructive relocation activities make them face the risk of poverty.By the end of 2017,there were 551,000 poor immigrants in China.Despite the development-oriented immigration policy of "pre-subsidy,post-support" in China, migrants are compensated in terms of land, housing, industry and other material basis.migrants have been forced to bear part of the invisible welfare losses in the process of migration and can not get corresponding compensation, resulting in the difficulty of rebuilding the production and living system, restoring their living standards to the original level.Levels and a higher vulnerability to livelihoods. It is of special significance for political stability and social harmony to solve the problem of poverty in the reservoir area. This paper focuses on the impact of three-dimensional capital on migrants’ income, compared with the support of the formal government system to help reservoir migrants get rid of poverty.Based on the three-dimensional capital theory, this paper combed the relationship between the three-dimensional capital and the income of migrants.Taking the migrants of Xiangjiaba Reservoir as a sample, combined with multiple linear regression method to study the impact of three-dimensional capital on the income of migrants and the reasons for the difference. The results show that, firstly, human capital and social capital are basically in a state of failure for migrants who have moved for three years or less, and the impact of human capital on the income of migrants is greater than that of social capital.Secondly, human capital and social capital gradually re-accumulate for migrants who have been relocated for more than three years, and have a positive impact on their income. Finally, psychological capital plays an intermediary role in regulating immigrants’ income, that is,when immigrants have higher psychological capital, their human capital or social capital will also increase their positive role in promoting their income. Moreover, psychological capital plays a more important role in regulating human capital and improving immigrants’ income.Through on-the-spot investigation and empirical analysis, the paper drawed some conclusions. Finally, the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, emphasizing the gathering of multi-forces,integrating multi-resources,developing human capital, rebuilding social capital through focusing on education and training, and carrying out psychological intervention on migrants, improving the path of migrants’ psychological capital. In this way,we can improve the three-dimensional capital of migrants, increase their self-development ability, help them get rid of poverty fundamentally and improve their living standards. |
