Research Of Intelligent Supervision Of Hazardous Chemicals In Lanzhou

Hazardous chemicals are poisonous,corrosive,explosive,burning,and combustion-supporting.Hazardous chemicals affects social stability as well as the safety of people’s lives and properties.Strengthening the supervision of hazardous chemicals is a key of production safety.Relying on the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,intelligent supervision can improve the safety of hazardous chemicals.At present,Lanzhou has made many explorations in the intelligent supervision of hazardous chemicals and achieved several results.However,compared with other mature regions in China and abroad,there are still shortcomings.Starting from the actual work,this article conducts research on the intelligent supervision of hazardous chemicals in Lanzhou,and points out that the intelligent supervision in Lanzhou is still insufficient,ineffective and unsystematic.The main methods used in the research process include: questionnaire survey method,interview method,and comparative research method.By sorting out the status of hazardous chemicals supervision,we find out the shortcomings of Lanzhou in the intelligent supervision of hazardous chemicals.At the same time,we summarize the practical experiences of other regions in China and foreign developed countries that use intelligent means to supervise hazardous chemicals,and obtain the enlightenment for the intelligent supervision of hazardous chemicals in Lanzhou.From the view of supervision practice,this paper combines risk management theory,digital governance theory,and intelligent supervision theory with advanced experience in China and abroad to propose the following suggestions,including precise and effective application of system platforms,network interconnection and data sharing,extensive participation of all social parties,and strengthening safeguards in terms of policies and talents,etc.,which are crucial for optimizing the current hazardous chemicals supervision in Lanzhou.
