| With the development of science and technology,the engineering technology and safety equipment of construction enterprises have been improved furtherly.In this condition,"human factors" have become the main cause of safety accidents.Due to team leader is the direct leader of construction workers in the construction site,the team leader’s safety leadership has direct and important impacts on the behavior of construction workers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of team leader’s safety leadership on the safety behavior of construction workers.It is not only conducive to reducing the unsafe behavior of construction workers,but also to reduce the incidence of safety accidents.Based on the accident causal chain theory,stimulus-organismrespanse theory and the social learning theory,in this thesis,a theoretical model of the influence of leader’s safety leadership on workers’ safety behavior was constructed,in which two intermediary variables were introduced,i.e.,safety awareness and safety self-efficacy.Based on the theoretical model,this study aims to explore the independent influence path and configuration influence path of safety leadership on construction workers’ safety behavior under the interaction of single variable and multivariable.And furtherly,the driving strategies were put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The structure of team leader’s safety leadership has been analyzed.Through literature analysis,field interview and content analysis,the team leader’s safety leadership has been divided into three dimensions: safety guidance,safety care and safety control.At the same time,the team leader’s safety leadership measurement scale has been formed based on content items.(2)The independent influence path of team leader’s safety leadership on construction workers’ safety behavior has been analyzed.After the analyzing of 427 questionnaire data by using the software of SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0,it found that the team leader’s safety leadership has a positive impact on the workers’ safety behavior,safety awareness and safety self-efficacy,which indicates a significant intermediary effect between team leader’s safety leadership and safety behaviors.(3)The influence path of team leader’s safety leadership on construction workers’ safety behavior has been analyzed.After the analyzing of 105 questionnaire data by using the software of fs QCA3.0,it found that there are six equivalent paths that have impacts on the safety behavior of construction workers.Path 1: High safety guidance leadership of the team leader,high safety care leadership of the team leader and high safety awareness of construction workers;Path 2: High safety guidance leadership of team leaders,high safety awareness and high safety self-efficacy of construction workers;Path 3: High safety care leadership of the team leader,high safety control leadership of the team leader,high safety awareness and low safety self-efficacy of construction workers;Path 4: High safety care leadership of the team leader,high safety control leadership of the team leader,low safety awareness and high safety self-efficacy of construction workers;Path5: High safety care leadership of the team leader,low safety control leadership of the team leader,high safety awareness and high safety self-efficacy of construction workers;Path 6: Low safety care leadership of the team leader,high safety control leadership of the team leader,high safety awareness and high safety self-efficacy of construction workers.(4)The driving strategy of team leader’s safety leadership on the safety behavior of construction workers has been put forward.Through induction and summary,the incentive-motor driving strategy and incentive-control-motor driving strategies have been put forward in this thesis.There are 14 figures,42 tables and 115 references in this paper. |
