| As a planning tool, zoning is the most important part of the overall management plan of national park system, and it is also the most effective way to resolve the contradiction between the protection of landscape resources and the use of recreation in the national park. The Canadian national park system is mostly subdivided on the basis of protection and utilization in the zoning planning, and is constantly updated and adjusted according to different protection interests. How to implement scientific zoning planning in national parks is an issue that needs to be studied urgently.Canada’s zoning system of national park have a long history.I have studied the actual situation of the system, and summarized the national zoning system.Through the protection and use of two different perspectives,I sorted out the zoning methods and management measures of Canadian national parks, and explored the zoning elements and analysis from different dimensions and the various influence relationships in different regions, combined with the characteristics of ecological resources and the laws of spatial distribution, transform boundary and zoning issues into management and control issues of utilization methods, scale proportions, and access intensity, and implement behavior management and control in space, which is important for protection Controllable management of goals and behaviors. It can be found that the operation of Canada’s entire national park system is inseparable from protection and utilization.Zoning can preserve the wilderness in terms of maintaining ecological integrity.Area concept can develop internal resources and nodes to jointly support the operation and development of national parks.Zoning planning is not only the focus of the construction and management of the national park system, but also the key to formulating differentiated spatial monitoring and control methods to achieve multiple management goals. At first, the thesis sorts out the process of building national park systems in China and Canada, clarifies the research objects and their development background profiles, and defines core concepts such as national parks and zoning systems.Taking 47 national parks and protected areas in Canada as the key research objects, constructing a zoning system database, focusing on the two main zoning methods within national parks: Zoning system focusing on protection and Area concept focusing on recreational use. Then summarize its role in management based on the dual perspectives of protection and utilization, and analyze the driving factors and basis value behind it;Next, the two zoning methods were recognized from the four dimensions of ecological integrity, landscape resources, management control, and recreational experience, and the zoning model of Canadian national parks was summarized, and specific conclusions on zoning values, element basis, and action measures were obtained. Finally, use these conclusions to put forward constructive suggestions suitable for national conditions in the zoning planning of national parks in my country. |
