In the fierce international market competition environment,the competition between enterprises tends to become global and long-term.Thus,the human resources and management level of enterprises will directly affect the competitiveness of the enterprise.In the management process of modern enterprises in China,the most important part of enterprise management is human resource management.Compensation system is a part that enterprises must lack in human resource management.It has a very important role in stimulating talents,mobilizing the enthusiasm of personnel,and improving the efficiency of enterprise management.Compensation system mainly serves the human resources strategy,and other modules of human resource management are also closely related to the improvement and success or failure of the enterprise human resource strategy.They are all deeply affected.As an important part of modern enterprises in China,a reasonable performance appraisal system is of great significance for enhancing the cohesion of the enterprise,stimulating the work enthusiasm of all employees,and encouraging all employees to improve their work efficiency.Therefore,through establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and salary system,we can truly realize the effective incentive for excellent employees,make the management and operation efficiency of the enterprise significantly improved,and make the company to flourish.W Pharmaceutical Supplies Manufacturing Company is a family business,founded in1992,mainly engaged in the research and development and production of medical rubber plugs.However,in recent years,the problems of the family enterprise have also been staged in W Company.Studying the compensation system of the W medical manufacturing company,we analyze the problems of the current compensation system,tried to apply scien tific research methods to optimize the compensation system and improve the compensation s ystem,improving the salary system and staff.The enthusiasm of workers,so that the compan y can develop better,at the same time,to provide some reference for the reform of the compe nsation system of enterprise value and theoretical support.
