| The collectivization of enterprises is the inevitable process of enterprises’ growing and thriving.In this process,group management and control are becoming more and more prominent.As their important pillar,group human resources management and control are of uppermost priority.The upholstered furniture industry in China is in its middle and late growth stage when industry competition is so intense that industrial oligarchy is about to arise.The leading upholstered furniture enterprises with a collectivized mode have basically taken shape.The optimization of human resources management and control system has a more urgent and practical significance for the upholstered furniture industry in China.Selecting XLM Group with a great growth potential in the upholstered furniture industry in China as the research object,based on the related theoretical research about the group management and control,group organizational structure and human resources management and control,and using the enterprise data researches,questionnaire surveys and interviews and other researches,this paper investigates and analyzes the current business operation,organizational structure as well as human resources management and control system belonging to XLM Group.From group organizational structure to the mechanism and method of group human resources management and control,it provides the study object with a specific optimization system of group human resources management and control whose operation are given a basic guarantee mechanism.It puts forward a basic practical step for the optimum design of group human resource management and control system which are a template for the upholstered furniture industry in China,hoping to help XLM Group realize its goal of 10 billion yuan,and providing reference for the upholstered furniture enterprises in China when the build their human resources management and control system using a collectivized mode. |
