Since entering the 21 st century,the business environment in which enterprises are constantly changing and full of various challenges,the new background environment naturally puts forward more stringent requirements for the development of enterprises.Every enterprise manager and decision-maker should put human resource management on the strategic level.Moreover,it is necessary to explore and study the innovation of human resource management activities.The era of knowledge economy has officially come,in the process of enterprise development,human capital plays an increasingly prominent role.To deal with the complex and changeable external environment,the comprehensive support of human capital is indispensable.The scientific development of the enterprise’s own business model,the expansion of the business scale,followed by the elongation of the business front,the expansion of the business area,these will inevitably cause the business branch not suitable for the situation.Enterprises hope that the human resources Department can provide effective support for a series of changes in the organization.They also hope that once there are business needs,the human resources Department can respond quickly,and even hope that the human resources department can make forward-looking exploration and guidance for the development of the organization from a strategic perspective.Obviously,the traditional mode of human resources management cannot meet these needs.With the development of enterprises,the extension of the industrial chain has been further strengthened,and the division of labor in the whole field has been continuously promoted and developed in a more detailed direction.The trend of diversification of investment is becoming increasingly prominent,and the cluster effect and scale effect brought out by the industry also make the enterprise more flexible and scientific on the existing resource organization.The market of enterprises is constantly expanding,the types of industries involved in enterprises are also constantly increasing,and the scale of enterprises is also constantly expanding.All these put forward new challenges to the work of human resource management department.How will human resource management respond? These are all problems.With the continuous growth of enterprises,enterprises should put human resource management activities on the strategic level,and should focus on the optimization and reform of human resource management department.The traditional human resource management mode should be transformed from the perspective of diversification.The direction of administrative management should also move towards the direction of operational management and improve day by day.It can be said that for enterprises,the construction of a new human resource management system framework has become an imminent key task.In this context,the three-pillar mode of human resources has gradually entered the vision of enterprise managers.From the theoretical analysis,the core of the three pillars is to highly integrate the business activities and human resource management activities.It means that human resource partners can provide strategic guidance and help support for the business units within the organization.Compared with the traditional human resource management mode,the method of HRBP pays more attention to the construction of the bridge between each department and human resource department,and pays more attention to the play of its key value role.This way has a better understanding of the business and can help and guide the HR service field from an objective level.In this way,it can truly realize the continuous transfer and transformation of human capital inside enterprises towards the direction of enterprise value capital.In the research,thinking and exploration process of this paper,the method of theoretical guidance and highly integrated practical activities are fully applied,the three-pillar theory is taken as the core support,and the existing research results of HRBP for domestic and foreign enterprises and academic researchers are comprehensively consulted and studied.At the same time,different methods such as literature review method,questionnaire survey method and case tracking research method are introduced to carry out qualitative analysis and supplemented by quantitative analysis on the current pattern presented by the HRBP of C Company,a unique case analysis object.In addition,the facilities and construction of scientific models have been carried out to create a more valuable guarantee support for the smooth implementation of the predicted scheme.Through an empirical study on the HRBP model of C Company,based on the academic dimension,this paper explores the basic management path and mode that fit the actual development demands of the enterprise,hoping to provide some valuable reference support for the development of other enterprises.
