| At present,the market competition in the field of biomass energy is intensifying,and enterprises in the industry are developing rapidly.As an essential additive of E10 ethanol gasoline,the development of biofuel ethanol industry is also advancing rapidly.Before the development of most enterprises in the industry lacks detailed strategic guidance.Under the condition of market environment preference,enterprises can still develop smoothly.However,at this stage,the international oil price fluctuates frequently,and the correlation between ethanol sales price and oil price is high,so the risk of market uncertainty increases.In order to seek better development and improve the anti risk ability,a comprehensive and systematic strategic plan has become particularly critical for biofuel production enterprises.In this paper,L company’s biofuel ethanol business is selected as the research object of development strategy.By analyzing the current situation of biofuel ethanol business management in detail,it points out that L company’s biofuel ethanol business currently has problems such as lack of long-term strategic planning,backward supplier management mechanism,slow research and development of key technologies and insufficient strategic execution.In order to solve these problems fundamentally,we use pest and Porter’s five force model to analyze the external environment of the business and understand the future development trend of the industry;then,we use Porter’s value chain analysis method to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise’s internal,providing the basis for the development strategy;finally,based on the SWOT matrix,according to the market changes of the ethanol gasoline promotion cycle,we develop a suitable L The company’s biofuel ethanol business development strategy.These plans include expanding fuel ethanol production scale,building fuel ethanol by-product production line,strengthening non grain ethanol technology research and development to form non grain ethanol large-scale production capacity.At the same time,three key departments of production,technology and procurement are selected to formulate the strategic implementation plan to cooperate with the overall strategic implementation,and put forward the safeguard measures and suggestions for the strategic implementation. |
