In recent years,my country’s construction industry has developed rapidly,and many advanced science and technology have been applied to enterprise management and construction sites,bringing new ideas to construction units for project management.However,the current situation of safety management at construction sites is not optimistic.Safety accidents occur from time to time in many areas,causing huge losses to the people and the development of enterprises.Construction safety production is the most concerned aspect of construction companies,managers and construction workers.How to use modern and intelligent technology to strengthen construction safety management,realize project safety management information,ensure the personal safety of employees,and achieve the goal of zero accidents is urgently needed the study.The concept of smart construction site has brought direction to the development of construction project informatization.This article’s research on the smart construction site safety management system aims to change the traditional safety management methods of construction projects and use some advanced information technology to improve the efficiency of construction site safety management and better guarantee construction safety.This article takes the theory of smart construction site and construction safety management as the research foundation,and conducts a survey of the status quo through literature reading and site visits,and summarizes the main problems existing in the safety management of construction projects.The Likert scale questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the functional requirements of the smart site safety management system for construction projects.Through the analysis and summary of the survey results,the functional requirements of the smart construction site safety management system in the four aspects of "personnel 、machinery、system、environment" are obtained.Then,based on the theory of smart construction sites,a smart construction site safety management system is constructed according to the four functional requirements to improve the safety management of construction projects.The smart construction site safety management system mainly has four management modules of " personnel、machinery、system、environment ",which are connected with each other to form a whole.Finally,the article analyzes the implementation effect of the smart construction site safety management system of C project,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative evaluation,demonstrates its role in project safety management,and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the smart construction site safety management system.The research content of this article provides references for future research on safety management of construction projects,provides a reference for the construction industry to change the safety management model,and is of great significance to the development of construction safety information management.The implementation of the smart construction site safety management system can solve many problems in construction site safety management and can effectively improve the efficiency of safety management.Through the research of this article,it provides a reference for the informatization of project safety management and lays the foundation for the development of the smart construction site safety management system.
