| With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous progress of urbanization,the volume of construction in China is increasing every year,but the number of safety accidents is growing in recent years.According to the official website of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development,in 2019 alone,the death toll of construction safety accidents in China is as high as 904.As there are many influencing factors of construction safety management,in order to determine the important influencing factors and their indicators,this paper first analyzes the causes of the main types of accidents,combined with the research literature,and initially summarizes a series of important influencing factors and their indicators.After adopting the exploratory factor analysis,the reward and punishment measures,construction site dust and safety accident reporting system are eliminated There are three specific indicators.Then,a formal questionnaire was compiled and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out.Finally,six influencing factors of construction safety management and 27 specific indicators were determined.In order to study the comprehensive influence mechanism of the influencing factors on the construction safety management level,considering the possible interaction between the influencing factors,the structural equation model analysis method is selected for quantitative analysis.According to the research hypotheses,the initial structural equation model is constructed,and it is identified,fitted and modified,and the modified structural equation model standardized path coefficient diagram and function output are obtained.The results show that the construction safety management level ultimately depends on the joint action of six construction safety management influencing factors,so it is necessary to control them.Then from the perspective of actual construction and system management,this dissertation analyzes the causes of the control status and problems of these important factors,and obtains five control requirements under the current mode,which are to strengthen the behavior supervision of construction personnel,implement the management system,strengthen the supervision of mechanical equipment,strengthen the on-site inspection management,and improve the level of safety information systematic management.In order to realize these management and control requirements,this dissertation combines the functional characteristics of some intelligent technology means,and illustrates the necessity of introducing intelligent technology to implement construction safety management and control by solving practical problems of safety management.Based on the intelligent technology and management and control requirements,the intelligent security management system is constructed,and the research is carried out from the four aspects of construction objectives,design principles,design ideas and system model.This dissertation expounds the necessity of the implementation of the system,and analyzes the mechanism of the introduction of the system into the construction safety management and control from the two aspects of information technology function integration and influencing factor index into the system management and control.Then,a set of management and control scheme based on intelligent safety management system is developed,and the management and control flow chart of the overall system management and control,construction personnel behavior supervision module,management system implementation module,mechanical facilities supervision module and on-site inspection management module is designed.Finally,after applying the intelligent safety management system and its control scheme to Wuxi Jiuru public construction project,through the effect evaluation,it is concluded that the intelligent safety management system has a certain practical application value in assisting managers to implement the control of construction influencing factors. |
