Construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economic development and plays an important role in promoting China’s economic construction.。As a result of the energy saving,the construction process is environmentally friendly,and the advantages of the construction period are effectively shortened,the prefabricated building is gradually developed.However,the construction industry has always been a labor-intensive industry,with complicated production processes and many dangerous operations.It is one of the high-risk industries in China.Due to its unique characteristics and difficulties,prefabricated buildings have new safety management problems.BIM technology promotes the development of information technology in the construction industry.Assembly-type architecture is different from traditional construction methods,and the demand for information technology is more urgent.Studying the application of BIM technology in the safety management of fabricated buildings is one of the current research hotspots.This paper puts forward the problem of prefabricated building safety management by analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the traditional building safety management theory.Based on the understanding of BIM theory and application status,the applicability and feasibility of BIM means for the safety management of fabricated buildings are analyzed.Then,the unsafe factors of different construction stages are classified,and the application of BIM for the identification of safety influencing factors is compared with the traditional safety identification methods.The advantage of using BIM to identify the influencing factors of the prefabricated building safety is proposed,and the dangerous source is accurately identified and the safety technology is achieved.To visualize the purpose of the cross,then specifically propose a method based on BIM technology for each factor.This paper focuses on the BIMbased fabricated building security management framework model,and elaborates the application process and application modules of the model.Finally,through the case verification,the specific application of the safety management model is carried out,and the construction dynamic simulation,the operator visualization technology,the construction site layout,the tower crane construction safety,the front edge cave fall protection,five aspects,how to apply BIM to solve the assembly building The issue of safety management is discussed,which proves the effectiveness and superiority of applying BIM technology to the safety management of fabricated buildings and improves the level of project safety management.This paper explores a new method based on BIM for the safety management of fabricated buildings,which helps to improve the information level of safety management of prefabricated building projects,strengthen the safety management technology of fabricated buildings,and reduce the possibility of accidents.The development of architectural architecture has certain theoretical and practical significance.
