With the pursuit of high quality development of the construction industry,the requirements of construction safety management are also improved.According to the data released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,under the current construction safety management mode,the growth rate of the number of construction safety accidents and the number of casualties is slowing down,but it still shows an increasing trend year by year.Thus,The construction safety management has the optimization space,the management mode innovation has the certain necessity.As the main representative of the development of construction information,BIM technology has opened up a new path for the safety management of construction.Therefore,on the basis of BIM technology and in view of the influencing factors of construction safety management,this paper constructs a construction safety management system,which promotes the realization of the goal of safe and efficient management of construction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes and analyzes the research status of construction safety management at home and abroad and the application status of BIM technology in construction safety management,and summarizes the relevant knowledge of construction safety management,BIM technology and analysis methods of influencing factors,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.(2)Through the analysis of four types of safety accidents with high frequency,18 factors affecting construction safety management are selected preliminarily.Through questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis,it is concluded that the influencing factors of construction safety management can be divided into five aspects:personnel safety construction management,construction site risk factor management,organizational management system perfection and implementation,safe operation facilities management,and other auxiliary factors of safe construction.Then,social network analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the 18 influencing factors,and the key influencing factors were identified.Finally,considering the results of social network analysis and factor analysis as well as the application scope of BIM technology,the main direction of building construction safety management based on BIM technology is determined.(3)Based on the analysis results of influence factors,starting from the four aspects of personnel safety construction education,construction site layout planning,risk monitoring and early warning,and safety emergency management,the construction safety management system based on BIM technology is constructed to achieve a more comprehensive construction safety management.(4)Taking a building project as an example,the construction safety management system based on BIM is simulated and applied.From the implementation effect of the system in the project,it can be seen that the application of the system has a certain positive significance for the development of construction safety management.
