| The construction industry is an important part of the healthy development of the national economy.It is also a traditional industry with high risk,weak supervision and low information level.How to improve the information level of information the construction industry,change the means of governmental safety supervision,strengthen the force of governmental supervision,urge construction sites to take the initiative to control risks,and decrease the rate of safety accidents is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of construction engineering.The intelligent site safety supervision platform researched by the subject is to provide intelligent supervision means for the industry supervision departments by combining the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other information technologies,and to create cloud technology and information supervision methods.By analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of construction safety management,government supervision and management,construction information and smart construction site,the concept of "smart construction site safety supervision" is redefined.By using big data mining technology,collection of domestic nearly five years and municipal building construction engineering safety accident type and the construction site safety accident lawsuit case data,analysis the main types and development trend of accident.By using the fish-bone diagram to analysis the main types of risk factors of safety accident,it forms the intellectual function requirements of construction site safety supervision platform and the key regulatory content.Based on the main types and risk factors of the safety accidents in construction site,combined with the requirements of national laws and regulations,and interviewed governmental manager on the spot,the preliminary functional requirements of the smart site safety management platform are put forward.Fuzzy Kano model was adopted to analyze the function modules of the smart site safety supervision platform based on cloud technology.It determines the overall idea of platform design,put forward the technical path and overall architecture of the development of intelligent site safety supervision platform,and defines the overall design of the system.As a pilot study,the smart supervision platform manages enterprises,projects and staffs systematically,by using Java language programming software to realize the function,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate effect of practical engineering application.And it explores the method and path to realize the application value and effect evaluation. |
