Research On Project Green Construction Management Based On Intelligent Site

Green construction management in China has made great progress after years of development,but also exposed many problems and deficiencies.With the development and application of intelligent site technology,the new information technology represented by intelligent site will open a new situation for green construction management.At present,the development of intelligent site technology in the industry has begun to take shape,but the main application direction is still in safety management.In this paper,green construction management is studied.Based on the analysis of the demand of green construction management in intelligent site platform,a green construction management scheme based on intelligent site is proposed to improve the level of green construction management.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant theories of green construction,including the concept analysis of green construction and the concept discrimination between green construction,green building and green construction,combs the key points of green construction management,clarifies the objectives of green construction management,and analyzes and points out the existing problems of green construction based on the overview of the development of green construction.Secondly,the demand of green construction management in intelligent site platform is analyzed.On the basis of analyzing the concept,key technology and framework of intelligent site platform,the functions of intelligent site at the present stage are analyzed from the perspective of integrated management,and then the demand of green construction management in intelligent site platform is clarified by combining with practical application cases.Then,based on the analysis of green construction data and module Association,this paper designs the green construction management scheme of smart construction site platform from the perspective of green construction planning,implementation and evaluation,redefines the green construction organization and business process,and constructs the intelligent construction management system based on database integration system,quality and safety system and green construction element management system The new green construction management scheme of the construction site platform.Finally,according to the promotion and implementation of the new scheme,using expert survey and literature analysis,combined with the project implementation case,find out the possible influencing factors,after judgment and screening,lock in nine key factors.After analyzing the relationship between the factors in combination with expert interviews,this paper constructs an interpretive structural model,makes a qualitative analysis of the influencing factors,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the scheme,Combined with the management advantages of intelligent site platform,this paper designs the organizational structure and business process of green construction management,and constructs a new green construction management scheme,which is conducive to the informatization of green construction management and the promotion of green construction level of construction site.
