In order to finsh off the issues of high energy consumption,high pollution and high risk in the construction industry,the government has vigorously advocated the development of prefabricated construction in recent years.Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ construction,the construction methods of prefabricated construction can eliminate a large number of potential safety hazards.However,its industrialized construction process and complex construction technology bring about new potential safety hazards,and safety control cruxs have changed fundamentally,so safety management issues still need to be highly valued.The application process and characteristics of building information modeling(BIM)technology are highly consistent with the standardized construction process of prefabricated concrete buildings,which can effectively solve the problem of splitting in the design,production and construction stages of prefabricated concrete buildings.However,due to technical and management reasons,the application of BIM technology in construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings only stays at the theoretical level,which is difficult to be truly implemented.The paper takes the construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings as the research object,identifies and defines the influencing factors of construction safety by text mining,work breakdown structure(WBS)and literature research method.The paper uses ISM-ANP method to analyze the correlation and importance of the influencing factors of construction safety,and screen out the construction safety management problems which can be solved by BIM technology.In view of these problems,the safety management scheme of prefabricated concrete construction based on BIM is formulated.Finally it carries out application analysis in combination with actual projects,to provide reference for promoting the application of BIM technology in the construction management of prefabricated concrete buildings.First of all,this thesis uses text mining method to extract and summarize the key causes of 112 construction safety accidents,uses WBS method to summarize and analyze the key points of safety management in the process of fabricated construction.Combined with the safety standards and specifications of prefabricated concrete buildings and relevant documents,the paper identifies and defines factors affecting construction safety of prefabricated concrete buildings from the perspective of "human-object-technology-management-environment",and constructs a system of factors affecting construction safety to find out the problems existing in safety management of prefabricated concrete construction.Secondly,this thesis uses interpretative structural modeling method(ISM)to analyze the correlation of construction safety influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings,and constructs the hierarchy chart of factors.On this basis,analytic network process model(ANP)is constructed to analyze the importance of construction safety influencing factors of prefabricated concrete buildings.Combined with the application characteristics of BIM technology,key factors that have significant influence on construction safety management are screened out.This paper summarizes the application of BIM technology in safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings.Afterwards,this thesis collects and processes the project information and construction site safety information of the prefabricated concrete building,which is used to create BIM safety information model.In view of the key influencing factors of construction safety screened above,BIM safety information model is applied to the construction site layout,construction scheme optimization and other modules,and the prefabricated concrete construction safety management scheme based on BIM is formulated.The implementation of the scheme is guaranteed from three aspects: safety organization and management,safety input and safety supervision.Finally,this thesis takes a resettlement house project in Xuzhou as an example to carry out an empirical study.Through BIM application planning and implementation,it verifies the feasibility of BIM-based safety management scheme for fabricated concrete construction.Besides,this paper summarizes and analyses the implementation effect of the scheme,which provides a reference for further research.
