With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the phenomenon of urban agglomeration is becoming ever more obvious.In order to seek better living conditions and realize their self-worth,many people will go to the city,which leads to the shortage of urban housing,and the space for people’s activities is becoming increasingly smaller.Therefore,people begin to put the construction center in the air and use the high-altitude area.the construction of high-rise buildings has also ushered in the spring.As the workplace and transportation channel set by high-altitude workers,scaffolding is indispensable in high-rise building engineering.In particular,suspended scaffold is commonly used in high-rise building engineering,which brings great convenience to high-rise building engineering.At the same time,its safety accidents also occur frequently,which also has the impact of casualties and bad society.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a definite safety risk assessment on the construction safety risk factors of suspended scaffold.Based on a large number of literature research and on-the-spot investigation,and incomplete statistics of scaffold safety accidents in China from 2010 to 2019,combined with the unique structural characteristics of Overhanging Scaffold,the risk source theory is used to identify the factors influencing the safety of Overhanging Scaffold,and five main risk factors and 35 secondary factors affecting the safety of Overhanging Scaffold are identified.From the combination of quantitative and qualitative research,through the entropy weight method to modify the AHP method,determine the final weight value,select the comprehensive evaluation mathematical method,establish the safety risk evaluation model of cantilever scaffold based on the combination weight matter element extension.The constructed evaluation model is applied to the construction risk evaluation of a6-10 storey cantilever scaffold in Xi’an to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model,and provide some management suggestions for the subsequent construction of more than 10 storeys of the cantilever scaffold,so as to realize the life cycle management from erection to construction and then to demolition.According to the construction risk assessment results of 6-10 floors of the cantilever scaffold,aiming at the existing main risk factors,from the perspective of "human material technology management environment",the paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction safety management of the cantilever scaffold with more than 10 floors.In order to further explore the cantilever scaffold construction management principle to provide reference for the government and the administration of macro decision-making.
