Study On Risk Management Of Jiaozuo Urban Road Traffic Safety

With the development of economy and urbanization,urban motor vehicle ownership and population density are increasing,and urban traffic accidents occur frequently,which poses a serious threat to people’s life and property safety.Facing the severe situation of urban road traffic safety,it is urgent to study the problem of urban road traffic safety,so as to ensure the safety of urban road traffic and reduce the loss of urban road traffic accidents to the maximum extent.This paper takes Jiaozuo city’s urban road traffic safety as the research object,identifies the risk factors of Jiaozuo city’s urban road traffic safety based on the grounded theory,uses the integrated DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the internal relationship between risk factors,and establishes the matter-element extension model to evaluate the level of Jiaozuo city’s urban road traffic safety.The purpose of this paper is to find out the key factors affecting Jiaozuo city road traffic safety,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the risk of Jiaozuo city road traffic safety,and provide decision-making basis for Jiaozuo city road traffic safety management department to carry out urban road traffic safety management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on grounded theory,three-level coding was carried out on field interview records,typical traffic accident cases in Jiaozuo in the past three years,relevant research literature and policy documents,and bottom-up identification of urban road traffic safety risk factors in Jiaozuo.(2)DEMATEL method was used to analyze the internal relationship between risk factors of urban road traffic safety in Jiaozuo city,to clarify the causal relationship and mutual influence degree between risk factors,and to explore the key factors affecting urban road traffic safety.The ISM model of Jiaozuo urban road traffic safety risk factors is constructed to understand the transmission path of risk factors.(3)Based on the risk factors identification and risk analysis of Jiaozuo city road traffic safety,combined with the principle of risk evaluation index selection,the construction of Jiaozuo city road traffic safety risk evaluation index system,the application of matter-element extension model to Jiaozuo city road traffic safety risk level evaluation.(4)Through the analysis of Jiaozuo city’s urban road traffic safety risk factors and risk evaluation results,9 risk factors that need to be controlled in priority are obtained,including the rate of psychological quality education and training,the proportion of drivers with less than 3 years of driving experience,and the proportion of traffic accidents caused by motor vehicle drivers’ illegal behaviors.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the risk of urban road traffic safety in Jiaozuo city from three aspects: improving the quality of urban road participants,improving the environment of urban road traffic and improving the safety management ability of urban road traffic.
