Mine production safety has always been one of the tasks that the country attaches great importance to.Although mine accidents have been decreasing year by year in recent years,the number of accidents has remained high,which has caused economic losses and endangered the safety of workers.In order to ensure the safe production of open-pit mine enterprises,reduce the economic losses caused by safety accidents,reduce the harm caused to workers by production risks,we quantify the risk level of open-pit mine production,propose targeted safety supervision measures,and promote enterprise's safety production optimization and upgrade.This article takes the main accidents in open-pit mines as the starting point,uses typical accident causal models to analyze the causes,and discusses the risk factors that cause the accidents.Then from the aspects of equipment and facilities,safety management,personnel quality and safety performance,analyze the risk factors existing in the safety production process of open-pit mine enterprises,and establish a special inherent risk and comprehensive risk indicator system for the safe production of open-pit mines.On this basis,the risk level of the safety production of open-pit mine enterprises was quantified,and an improved matter-element extension model was proposed to assess the risk level of the enterprise.One of the improvements to the matter-element extension model is to use the membership function to standardize the value of the matter element,while introducing an intermediate variable p to simplify the formula;the second improvement is to use a combination of variable weight theory and improved entropy weight to comprehensively determine the index weight.And selected nine typical open-pit mine enterprises in Shaanxi Province F1,F2,…,F9 forcomprehensive risk rating assessment,the assessment results are in order C,B,B,C,A,D,B,D,B.The results are consistent with the conclusions of benchmarking and assessment of "consultation" in mine safety,indicating that the method has good feasibility and practicability.Finally,the Zhengtai cloud model and the improved matter-element method were introduced to separately assess the specific inherent risks of the enterprise,and a comparative analysis was provided to provide new ideas for the quantitative assessment of the risk levels of the production of related enterprises.
