Influence Mechanism Of Work-family Balance On The Unsafe Behavior Of New Generation Of Construction Workers

In the context of the modernization of the construction industry and the professionalization of construction workers,the new generation of construction workers is becoming the core force on the front line of construction.At present,safety accidents in the field of engineering construction still occur frequently.Since the unsafe behavior of construction workers is an important cause of safety accidents,it is necessary to study and explore how to improve the problem of unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers.Considering that the group characteristics of the new generation construction workers and the work-family balance can have an important effect on their psychology and behavior,it is very important to study the influence mechanism of the work-family balance on the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers.In addition,in view of job satisfaction and team safety atmosphere can directly affect the psychological cognition and behavioral willingness of construction workers.Therefore,this article takes the new generation of construction workers as the research object,explores the influence mechanism of workfamily balance on unsafe behaviors,and reveals the mediating role of job satisfaction and the moderating role of team safety atmosphere,with a view to taking measures for the government and enterprises to reduce or Avoid unsafe behaviors to provide theoretical reference.First,based on the literature research,this paper analyzes the influence relationship among the new generation of construction workers’ work-family balance,job satisfaction,team safety atmosphere,and unsafe behaviors,and puts forward research hypotheses;by defining the research variables Concept and measurement dimensions,constructed a theoretical model of the influence mechanism of work-family balance on the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,and developed a measurement scale.Secondly,the initial questionnaire was compiled and preinvestigation was conducted,and the formal questionnaire was obtained through data analysis.A formal survey was carried out using a combination of online and offline methods,and a total of 303 valid questionnaires were collected.Use SPSS and AMOS software to perform descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis on the data,and empirically test the theoretical model through regression analysis and bootstrap analysis to clarify the influence mechanism of work-family balance on the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers,And verified the mediating role of job satisfaction and the moderating role of team safety atmosphere.Finally,it proposes specific measures to improve the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers from three aspects: adjusting the work-family balance,improving job satisfaction and enhancing the safety atmosphere of the team.The research results show that:(1)Work-family balance has a significant negative impact on the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers.(2)Job satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between work-family balance and unsafe behavior.(3)Team safety atmosphere has a moderating effect between work-family balance and unsafe behaviors.(4)Team safety atmosphere has a moderating effect between work-family balance and job satisfaction.The research results of this article,on the one hand,have enriched and expanded the research scope and theoretical connotation of the impact mechanism of construction workers’ unsafe behaviors,and have important theoretical significance.On the other hand,they are of great theoretical significance to the relevant government departments and the majority of construction enterprises in my country from work-family balance.The perspective of taking effective measures to improve the unsafe behavior of the new generation of construction workers has certain reference and reference value.This article includes 12 figures,38 tables,and 227 references.
