The construction industry is a high-risk industry with frequent occurrences of safety accidents in China.With the joint efforts of managers and practitioners,the safety performance of construction projects has improved in recent years,but the overall situation is still worrying.According to statistics,more than 80%of construction safety accidents are caused by unsafe behavior of workers.Organizational behavior studies show that organizational support is the main source of perception of employee behavior,so measuring and improving construction workers’sense of organizational support to curb the occurrence of unsafe behavior is one of the important ways to reduce the damage of construction safety accidents.In view of this,this article takes the construction workers’sense of organizational support as an entry point to explore the mechanism of organizational support and its dimensional structure on the unsafe behavior of construction workers,in order to effectively control the unsafe behavior of construction workers.This article is based on relevant domestic and foreign documents combined with surveys and interviews with construction workers in 7 projects under construction,including Xi’an Sequoia County,Dongyu Lanting,Vanke Oriental Legend,etc.,to determine work support,value recognition,and concern for interests 3 A dimension of construction workers’ sense of organizational support,considering the dual perspectives of construction workers’psychological factors and external environment,choosing self-efficacy and team safety atmosphere as intermediary variables to construct a theoretical model,and proposing 17 research hypotheses;Refer to the existing mature scales to design pre-test scales for organizational support,self-efficacy,team safety atmosphere,and unsafe behaviors that meet the characteristics of construction workers.According to the reliability and validity of the pre-test scales and exploratory factor analysis As a result,the final questionnaire was formed after screening out insignificant items;SPSS22.0 is used to test the reliability and validity of the data and analysis of variance,and AMOS24.0 is used to test the fit,path analysis and mediation effect of the research model.The empirical research results show that the three dimensions of organizational support have a direct and significant negative impact on the unsafe behavior of construction workers,that is,the more organizational support the construction workers perceive,the more unsafe behaviors occur during the operation.The lower the rate,the stronger the effect of caring for interests in the three dimensions;the mediating effects of the two dependent variables of self-efficacy and team safety atmosphere have been confirmed,indicating that organizational support can indirectly pass through self-efficacy and team safety atmosphere.Variables have a negative impact on the unsafe behavior of construction workers,and the degree of self-efficacy has a greater impact on the unsafe behavior of construction workers than the safety atmosphere of the team.Finally,based on the calculation results of the structural equation model,targeted reference suggestions are proposed for the construction unit.From the perspectives of improving the sense of organizational support,creating a more harmonious and friendly team atmosphere,and focusing on cultivating the sense of responsibility and positive safety attitudes of construction workers The units put forward countermeasures and suggestions,which can curb the unsafe behavior of construction workers to a certain extent,thereby solving the problem of safety management of construction enterprises. |
