| In recent years, safety accidents in China’s construction industry have continued to occur.Although many experts and scholars have studied them from the "hardware" aspects such as safety equipment and technical management, their growth trend has not been curbed.Relevant research shows that 96% of safety accidents are caused by unsafe behaviors of construction workers, and the safety climate has a positive and significant effect on reducing unsafe behaviors of construction workers and improving the safety performance of enterprises. Therefore, this article takes the safety climate of construction enterprises as the starting point, and introduces the two mediating variables of safety attitude and safety ability to study the influence of safety climate on construction workers’ unsafe behaviors and conducts an empirical analysis.Workers’ unsafe behavior is of great significance to improve the safety management level of enterprises. This article first systematically combed the theory of unsafe behavior, the theory of safety climate, the theory of safety attitude, and the theory of safety capabilities through literature research, and then constructed a hierarchical structure diagram for the safety climate of building construction enterprises. The analytic hierarchy process of the scoring system identified the dimensions and weights of the safety climate:managers value(27.70%),safety training and communication(19.19%),safety regulation system(21.71%),and safety participation(14.09%).),Worker behavior impact(9.48%),working environment(7.83%),followed by safety attitude and safety ability as mediating variables, analyzed the relationship between safety climate and unsafe behavior of construction workers, and proposed corresponding research hypotheses Based on this,a theoretical model of a safe climate and unsafe behavior of construction workers is constructed. Methods and steps based on empirical research,a corresponding questionnaire was designed and a small-scale pre-investigation was conducted. The collected datawas analyzed by items, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, etc.Items are simplified and refined, and then descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, etc.are performed through large sample data to ensure the reliability and validity of the measurement scale structure, followed by the use of Amos 24.0software for the initial structural equations The model was evaluated and revised to obtain the optimal model, and the results of the optimal model were analyzed and discussed. The research results show that the impacts of various dimensions of the safety climate on construction workers ’unsafe behaviors are ranked in order from managerial attention, safety participation, safety regulation system, safety training and communication, workers’ behavior impact, and working environment;Part of the dimensions of the safety climate can influence construction workers’ unsafe behavior through safety attitudes and safety capabilities. Finally, the corresponding management suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusions. |
