In recent years,China’s economy has developed steadily, but the environment has been polluted and destroyed. The contradiction between the two has become increasingly intensified, which has become the primary factor hindering the healthy and high-quality development of people’s lives. With the further release of the masses’ demands for a good ecological environment,high-quality ecological products have emerged as the times require, and have gradually become a hot field focused by all sectors of society.Taking the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products as the main line of research, this paper selects 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of mainland(Tibet Autonomous Region is seriously lacking in data, which is eliminated in the study)as the research object.According to the constructed index system, the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products in each province is evaluated scientifically, and focuses on the main influencing factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward the corresponding regulation and control policies in order to provide decision-making reference for the government and relevant departments in improving the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products, perfecting ecological public policies, promoting ecological construction, building an environment-friendly society and so on.On the basis of using the Delphi method to screen the evaluation index and the entropy method to objectively weight the indexes at all levels, this paper constructs the evaluation system for the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products, and evaluates the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products in various provinces based on the data from 2013 to 2017.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation, this paper extensively collects the influencing factors such as the speed of economic development, the characteristics of industrial structure and other factors as independent variables, and uses econometrics to construct the identification model of leading factors. The results show that Guangdong,Jiangsu and Beijing have the strongest supply capacity of high-quality ecological products, while Hainan,Jilin and Guizhou have the weakest supply capacity. The results of spatial Gini coefficient show that the overall gap of supply capacity of high-quality ecological products in each province is relatively small and in a fairer stage. From a subregional point of view, the eastern region has always been in the leading position in terms of the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products, while the western region and the central region have increased alternately in the two dimensions of score ranking and average score. At the micro level, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the scores of provinces under each indicator, clear its advantages and shortcomings. The results of the model show that there are seven factors with strong significance, which have a significant impact on the supply capacity of high-quality ecological products, namely, the speed of economic development, the level of science and technology, the financial capital investment, the energy consumption structure, the agricultural non-point source pollution, the ecological space and the foreign trade structure. On the premise of identifying the leading factors of the supply capacity of the high-quality ecological products and analyzing the influence mechanism, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy control suggestions based on the supply main body, the technology innovation, the ecological space and so on,which will help to optimize the ecological environment space, enhance the capacity of protection and governance,pr omote the sustainable development of the city.
