| The construction industry is not only the backbone of the country’s economy,but also a large consumer of energy consumption and environmental pollution.Promoting the ecological transformation of the construction industry is a subject that the state and research institutions focus on promoting and researching.As a new management tool,a green building supply chain incorporating the concept of ecological efficiency is not only effective in cooperating with enterprises,but also conducive to the integration of resources in order to optimize the supply chain’s ecological efficiency.Multiple companies work together to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,the research on construction supply chain is mainly used in industrial chain design,profit distribution mechanism and single-enterprise supply chain,and there is less research on supply chain system construction and evaluation index system combined with ecological awareness.The construction and evaluation of eco-efficient building-based green supply chains can be used to examine problems that arise during the establishment and development of supply chains in enterprises.And it can provide targeted guidance according to the model and evaluation results,which is of great significance for measuring the target design,management effectiveness and ecological development of the building supply chain.In the construction of supply chain,this paper first summarizes the basic characteristics of related theories such as ecological efficiency and building green supply chain,and qualitatively proposes a conceptual model of green supply chain based on ecological efficiency.Then use the symbiosis theory in ecology to quantitatively analyze the interest subjects in the supply chain,and adjust the relationship positioning and on-chain contribution of each subject.Finally,based on industry research,a "four-flow" model of the supply chain is constructed,and the above research is combined to form an integrated model of green supply chain based on ecological efficiency.In the evaluation of supply chain,this paper builds an index system from three dimensions of economic,environmental and social benefits by using the target decomposition method based on the connotation of green supply chain based on ecological efficiency building.In order to take into account the main body of the chain and the implementation of the index system,the indicators that meet the requirements are screened,and a two-level index system is finally determined.On the basis of the system,the company’s core project supply chain is taken as a case.The combined method of "entropy weighting+gray clustering&fuzzy comprehensive evaluation"is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the supply chain from different angles,which improves the evaluation process practicality.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions for improvement are provided,which has certain reference significance for the development level of green supply chains based on ecological efficiency. |
