Research On The Supply And Capacity Improvement Of Ecological Products In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to "enhance the production capacity of ecological products." The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further proposed that more high-quality ecological products should be provided to meet the people’s growing demand for a beautiful ecological environment.The new requirement for the construction of ecological civilization is an important starting point for the transformation of "green water and green mountains" into "golden mountains and silver mountains",and a new idea and concept of land resource management innovation.The regional economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is very different,the ecological environment problems are prominent,and the supply of ecological products is insufficient.The improvement of the supply capacity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological products has attracted much attention.This article focuses on the supply of ecological products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and its capacity improvement,systematically combs the theoretical research and practical exploration of ecological products and their value accounting,value realization,and uses the theory of ecosystem service value and ecological capital,public products and external the basic theories and methods such as the theory of nature,the theory of resource scarcity and supply and demand,the theory of regional division of labor and coordination,construct an evaluation index system for the supply capacity of ecological products,use the entropy method to calculate the regional supply capacity index,and quantitatively evaluate the supply capacity of ecological products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.And use the value evaluation method to calculate the supply value of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological products,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply capacity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological products.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall supply capacity of ecological products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is low,and there are significant differences in the supply capacity of various cities.According to the calculation of the ecological product supply capacity index for 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Chengde,Zhangjiakou,Beijing and Qinhuangdao are areas with strong supply capacity,and the comprehensive supply capacity of ecological products is strong;the supply capacity of Tangshan,Tianjin,Baoding,Shijiazhuang and Cangzhou is medium In this area,the supply capacity of some types of ecological products is strong,Tangshan,Baoding,Shijiazhuang and Cangzhou have strong supply capacity of ecological material products,and Tianjin has a strong supply capacity of ecological cultural products;Handan,Langfang,Hengshui and Xingtai are areas with weak supply capacity and ecological products The overall level of supply capacity is low.(2)The natural ecological foundations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are very different,and the level of economic development,industrial structure,development goals and positioning have an important impact on the supply capacity of ecological products.By calculating the value of ecological products,the value of ecological products in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is relatively large,which can be used as a reference to accelerate the realization of the value of urban ecological products and transform ecological benefits into economic benefits.(3)The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should strengthen the optimization of territorial space and establish a regional cooperation mechanism for the supply of ecological products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;rationally divide the supply types of ecological products,promote the complementarity of regional advantages,and enhance the overall supply capacity;consolidate the system of ecological product value conversion Basically,improve the ecological compensation model,expand the market-oriented supply of ecological products,explore the government-led mixed supply model of the government market,promote the transformation of ecological product value,and enhance the enthusiasm and efficiency of ecological product supply.
