With the development of social economy,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.People have discovered in practice that the rapid development of science and technology has failed to solve environmental problems fundamentally.Environmental education has emerged as one of the effective ways to improve environmental pollution and prevent damage.As an important type of protected land,national parks also bear the core functions of environmental education.This function will play an important role in the improvement of the national park's functional system,the national park system pilot,ecological civilization construction and sustainable development.Therefore,the national parks have always been a natural classroom for environmental education.However,as a pilot project for ecological civilization construction,national parks in China have beautiful classrooms for environmental education,but there have been awkward situations with few students,few teachers,few teaching materials,and few educational institutions.Environmental education classrooms lack vitality;outside the national parks,environmental education business activities with natural education and natural experience as the main performance are in short supply.Faced with these two sets of hot and cold contradictions,the establishment of China's national park environmental education dynamic mechanism,attracting people to the national park field to actively accept environmental education,has become a new proposition for the exploration and development of national parks.In the stage of social development and the linitations of related theories and research in the national park,research related to environmental education has not previously occupied an important position in the series of national park studies.In the process of ecological civilization construction and national park system piloting,relevant research should be conducted with systematic thinking and related theories.This study introduces system theory,dynamic mechanism and multi-center theory to study the environmental education of national parks.It is a systematic study from the system to the whole,from elements to systems to functions to paths.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Constructed a dual model of the National Park Environmental Education Dynamic MechanismIntroducing related theories such as system theory,dynamic mechanism and multi-center theory,based on the basis of theory and reality,based on the screening of model elements,the structural model of the national park environmental education dynamic mechanism(ESFP-S)is constructed.The model includes four elements of system elements(E-Elements),power subsystem(S-Subsystems),functions(F-Functions)and path(P-Paths),which embodies the overall existence of the dynamic mechanism and is indispensable.Furthermore,the research clarify the relationship between the four elements and the mechanism of action,and construct a national park environmental education dynamic mechanism mechanism model(ESFP-M),which provides a theoretical framework for the comparative study of Yellowstone and Putatso.2.Using the dual model of the dynamic mechanism to find the short board of PutatsoThrough the use of the ESFP-S and ESFP-M dynamic mechanism dual model,based on the field survey data in the United States and China,a comparative study of Yellowstone and Putatso,the research found that the dynamic mechanism of environmental education in Putatso National Park is not really constructed,whether it is the composition of elements or the interaction between elements.After more than 100 years of development,Yellowstone has entered the"automobile" era,with complete power system elements,and established a power subsystem with driving force,synergy,guiding force,pulling power and driving force.The combined force of the forces determines the driving force of environmental education in Yellowstone National Park.The size of the combined forces determines the size of the power,making the environmental education of Yellowstone National Park developes along the three paths of public welfare,market and mixed.It has become an international example of ecological protection and sustainable development,and it can exert its dynamic mechanism on different roads and advance rapidly.Compared with Yellowstone,the dynamic mechanism of Putatso exists the following shortcomings:?The structure model(ESFP-S)has problems aboutmissingsystem elements,power subsystems,functions and paths;? In the mechanism model(ESFP-M),the flow of personnel and capital flows is single,and the media flow is static;?The existence of the friction system in the subsystem has formed a certain degree of resistanoe to the motivation of the park environmental education,and has not yet formed a closed dynamic function.The existence of the single element and the resistance of the power system play a restrictive role in the development of park environmental education,and it is easy to form the short board principle of "wooden barre";in addition,the young Putatso National Park is limited on the only road at this stage.Due to various frictional resistances,the power system is not fully functional.The good operation of the Environmental Education System of Putatso National Park is limited by the imperfections and incompleteness of the synergy sub-power system.Therefore,it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings in combination with the actual situation of the park and the actual needs of the pilot program of the Chinese national park system.3.Revise the Putatso model and construct its environmental education dynamic mechanism systemTnrough the above theoretical research and case comparison research,the model of the environmental education dynamic mechanism of Putatso National Park is revised,which is mainly revised from four aspects:factor improvement,power system improvement,function improvement and path development.According to the lack of elements,power subsystems,functions and paths in the environmental education dynamic mechanism of Putatso National Park,this study proposes a multi-dimensional construction strategy from the concept,subject,interest and institutional dimension.The parts dynamic mechanism will be well coordinated to achieve the park's environmental education function.There are three main innovations:one is to construct a theoretical dual model of the dynamic mechanism of environmental education in national parks;the other is to build a system of environmental education dynamics in Putatso National Park;the third is to discover the friction contained in the power subsystem of Putatso National Park.The research has important theoretical significance for the construction of the national park envirorunental education system and the construction of the dynamic mechanism.It contributes to solving the two sets of hot and cold contradictions in the national park environmental education and promoting the national park system pilot and ecological civilization construction.
