Study On The Forced Classification Of Household Waste In Nanjing From The Perspective Of Elaborate Management

With the rapid development of economy in China,more and more household waste is produced,which has a bad impact on the ecological environment.In order to promote the sustainable development of society and economy,Nanjing has started the classification of household waste for a long time,but the effect is very low.The main reason is the lack of forced measures and elaborate management.Therefore,based on the elaborate management theory,this paper researched the classification of household waste in Nanjing from the perspective of compulsion.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper summarized the relevant concepts of classification of household waste,and put forward a theory of urban elaborate management,and analyzed the relationship between them.(2)This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of household waste classification in Nanjing,and summarized the main reasons for the backward,which are mainly reflected in the poor will of the citizens,the lag of hardware facilities,the slow progress of legislation,and the lack of elaborate management and enforcement measures.(3)The advanced management experience of Japan,Germany,Taiwan and Shanghai was summarized.The results show that the experience of these areas is ensuring the household waste classification through laws and regulations,rewards and punishments,vigorously promoting the advanced environmental protection concept,and gradually forming a perfect mode of classification,recycling and disposal.(4)Based on the experience of advanced management,this paper put forward some suggestions of forced classification of household waste in Nanjing.The first is combining assessment and law enforcement to improve the mandatory of laws and regulations.The second is increasing publicity and mobilization to improve the awareness of residents’ participation.The third is making reasonable plans to optimize waste delivery,collection,transportation and disposal from the perspective of elaborate management.
