Research On The Management Of Domestic Waste Classification And Delivery In Qingdao

With the development of economy and the increase of population,the amount of municipal solid waste(MSW)is increasing rapidly,and the pressure of msw disposal is increasing day by day.In this case,the country made economic development transition program,from high-speed economic growth to sustainable circular economic development.Promote the classification of domestic waste treatment to maximize the realization of "harmless,reduce,resource-based" waste classification goals.Qingdao,as one of the 46 key cities in promoting waste classification,has adopted a series of measures and methods to promote the classification of domestic waste.In 2019,the "measures for the classification and management of domestic waste in Qingdao" was promulgated,it is very important for Qingdao to make full use of the role of the government in the management of classified disposal of domestic waste on the basis of its actual situation.This thesis is based on public governance and circular economy,classification of garbage and classification and management of domestic waste by using the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,the development and current situation of classified disposal management of domestic waste in Qingdao were reviewed.Through questionnaires and interviews,it was found and analyzed that in the management of classified disposal of domestic waste in Qingdao,the problems of the imperfect management system of waste sorting and placing,the imperfect management mechanism of government waste sorting and placing,the inadequate propaganda of waste sorting and placing,the single main body of waste sorting and placing management,and the imperfect recycling system of waste.By comparing the domestic and foreign advanced experience of waste classification management,and combining with the reality of Qingdao,the design of matching optimization scheme: Perfecting the policies and regulations of waste classification and management,systematic propaganda and education,increasing public participation,and widening the channels of funds,improve the supporting facilities;perfect the market mechanism,attract social participation;innovative ideas,create a circular economy.For Qingdao follow-up optimization management design related solutions.
