The Research Of The Influence Of Social Inclusion On The Behavioral Intention Of Citizens To Throw Garbage And Policy Optimization In Shanghai

The environmental sanitation of a city is an important reflection of its development level.At present,China’s environmental protection and management work has been paid special attention to,and relevant policies on urban waste management have been introduced successively,among which whether citizens can reasonably release garbage is the premise of all aspects of urban waste management.Exists in the reality in the same city,same in public places,citizens of different garbage on the behavior is not the same,the author thinks garbage on the behavior of the individual is related to policy and law regulation,which stands for the choice of policy tools need to optimize the process and effect of policy implementation still need to improve,especially need to pay attention to optimize the external environment of policy tools to run,is influenced by individual psychological level for the behavior,the impact is often a multi-angle,multifaceted,and each individual may from the external environment and internal cross cause psychological level of intuitive and the psychological effect of the unconscious.From the perspective of social integration,this paper analyzes the differences between individuals and groups in social integration at multiple levels and fields,and explains their influence on the behavioral intention of garbage release in public places.Taking Shanghai as an example,the research content of this paper firstly designs the questionnaire questions through in-depth interview and theoretical analysis,and then conducts a questionnaire survey on the citizens in Shanghai.Descriptive statistics and analysis through the questionnaire and garbage on the behavior related topic,draw lessons from the related social survey research methods,the garbage on the behavior in public places is divided into active drop,passive garbage rubbish put,stubborn garbage on the person and without waste into four types,combined with the connotation of the social identity theory,put forward the household register,economy,social culture,the interpersonal and urban social values into the index system,Finally,the correlation between social inclusion degree and garbage disposal intention was quantitatively analyzed by linear regression analysis,multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods.The research found that: 1.Most citizens are above the average level of garbage in public places;2.There is a significant positive correlation between the behavioral intention and attitude of the majority of citizens;3.There is no significant correlation between household registration status and citizens’ garbage throwing behavior,but the economic level will have a significant correlation with the garbage throwing behavior within a certain range;4.Social culture,interpersonal communication and value matching are significantly correlated with citizens’ garbage throwing behavior.According to the results of the validation of the citizen’s household register,the economy will not affect trash on the behavior of correctly or not,that is to say,as a social individual,no matter whether he is native or foreign population,economic level is high or low economic level,and all his rubbish on the behavior not contact;But also found that the individuals in the aspect of social culture,interpersonal communication,values agree with the more integrated into the society,the higher the relative level of garbage on the behavior of the individual,strengthening civil society into the degree of citizens can make better garbage in public places,so this paper finally for waste management policy tools currently used in the overall promote coverage and garbage disposal facilities set and the system of rewards and punishments to upgrade;Relevant measures of integrating social culture and customs and relevant directions of urban spiritual civilization are put forward.
