| Safety evaluation method is a comprehensive evaluation method for risk in the presence of multiple hazards. In recent years, this method has been rapidly developed and applied. In recent years, this method has been rapidly developed and applied. With the continuous development of chemical industry,a large number of flammable, explosive, harmful and other dangerous chemicals need to be used in daily production, which also makes the safety of dangerous chemicals receive extensive attention. In recent years, chemical accidents have caused people to be vigilant. The casualties and property losses caused by chemical accidents are very huge, and the consequences are particularly serious.Especially when the number of hazardous chemicals increases, once accidents occur, the hazards are immeasurable. Therefore,in the actual production process of chemical enterprises,in order to strengthen the supervision of chemical safety, prevent and reduce chemical accidents,it is necessary to carry out quantitative risk assessment,so as to grasp the actual safety situation of risks, and take effective measures to prevent accidents.A typical fine chemical enterprise is a medium-sized dimethyl carbonate production enterprise in China.Based on the pre-risk analysis and risk assessment of operation conditions and comprehensive quantitative risk assessment of production and storage facilities, the major hazard sources of the company are identified and graded on the basis of consulting and summarizing the relevant risk identification theories at present.Considering that the consequences of casualties will be borne by individuals and society, there will be personal and social risks accordingly.Using MATLAB to compile the personal risk calculation program and draw the personal risk contour. There are some deficiencies in identifying and classifying major hazards, possible accidents and hazard factors caused by major hazards.Based on these deficiencies, this paper combines relevant theories and the actual situation of a fine chemical enterprise, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of safety management and emergency response measures. |
