According to the concept of two type of hazard resource and major hazard resource, conclusions are made that major hazard resource is made of the first hazard resource and the second hazard resource.whose risk is influenced by that of the two type of hazard resource.Therefore, the major hazard resource's risk is assessed by assessing two types of hazard resource's risk separately.Take the Brilliance JinBei Automobile Co., Ltd for example. It's three major hazard resources are two depots,and the inter paint, whose harmful and risk factors are analysized.The control measures are assessed to lower the risk of the second hazard resource.By use of the theory of reliability, the reliability of the major hazard resource is forcasted.As for the assessment of the first hazard resource, there are two methods: consequence analysis and the grading of the hazard resource. According to the chemical nature of the danderous substances, the type of accidents are concluded,and through which the injury criteria is made. Thereby the scope of damage is concluded.Comparing the current classification of the hazard resource, the major hazard resource should be controlled by grade according to its consequence of accident.The concept of accident impact equivalent is put forward which is the sole criterion to grade the major hazard resource.As for the above, it is only the inherent risk of the first hazard resource, the emergency resources of the major hazard resource also should be assessed, the shortcoming of which is proposed to be rectificated.In response to the flaw that the two types of hazard resource is assessed separately, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess the overall situation of the Brilliance JinBei Automobile Co., Ltd.By study of all above, assessment models of major hazard installations are put forward in this dissertation which have been formed a whole set of assessment methods of major hazard installations risk.
